The Lake City Church of Christ is a family of Christians who strives to love God and love one another.  When Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment of all was, He replied, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment" (Matthew 22:37-38).  He likewise, stated that the second greatest commandment was to "Love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:39).  These two commandments serve as the foundation of what it means to be "Christian."  ​
